We had troubles with them during the move, and not getting all the dates right. (Why was the internet turned off today? Oh because we have a move pending for you. But the move is scheduled for tomorrow, right? Yes, that's true. So why was it turned off today? Um... I'm not really sure.)
We haven't had a real bill since we moved, what with all of the prorating and combined billing and everything. So, today when I went to check their bill for this month, I wasn't able to just say "oh it should be x" and pretend that their website wasn't stupid. Instead, it had two different amounts due, on the same page. I tried calling to get it clarified, and I have to have a paper copy of the bill to call. (BONUS! The website asked if I wanted to go paperless with my billing. Trying to eliminate phone calls at all, I see...)
So, anyway, Zorro is calling Monday when he's off, Verizon didn't get paid today on its scheduled pay day, and I don't have the bills for this month to distribute to the household. All in all, Verizon sucks.
